| New Class | : | Nepali 1 gate and 15 gate. (If holiday falls on that day than next day will start the new class) |
Course Objectives
After completion of this course, you will able to troubleshooting and repairing, advance level of mobile phone hardware and software repairing.
Course Subjects
- THT and SMT Components (Coil /inductor, Capacitor , Resistor , Diode , Transistor, Crystal oscillator, IC, Fuse)
- Ohm’s law : Series, parallel, voltage divider, current limiter, Regulator
- Block Diagram and its functions.
- Voltage reading of iPhone/ Android
- Introduction of Tools and equipment: (SMD rework station, Microscope, Backup charger, Frequency Counter, Oscilloscope, NAND programmer, EEPROM write, EMMC writer)
- Safety precautions.
- Micro BGA re-balling
- Schematic diagram reading : Circuit diagrams download/Reading/tracing practice/Manual and BRD diagram reading
- Checking of Voltage path and signal path.
- Troubleshooting of different section of mobile phones using Frequency counter and oscilloscope.
- Replace of touch glass and Display.
- Customer dealing, price estimate repair and deliver.
